Ashley has created leadership and professional development programs for over 120,000 employees and coached over 700 leaders.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator sep-none\" style=\"border-color:#e2e3e8;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:35px;width:100%;max-width:170px;\"><\/div><p>Ashley helps leaders to become more effective in their roles, and fulfilled in their careers through executive coaching. Ashley also has a certificate in the Profit for the Positive: A Positive Psychology program and leverages Power Coaching Tools from the International Coach Academy.<\/p>\n<p>She has served on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over seven years, and is certified as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) through SHRM. Ashley served as the Advisory Chair for the 2013 Philadelphia SHRM Symposium Conference. At Temple University, Ashley was an adjunct professor and was on the Executive Board as the Alliance Relations Chair for the Professional Women\u2019s Roundtable (PWR).<\/p>\n<p>Ashley\u2019s key clients and partners include Children\u2019s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), New York Presbyterian Hospital Systems, Comcast Corporation, FMC Corporation, iN DEMAND, Fulton Bank, Marriott &amp; Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Prudential Center \u2013 76ers, NPS Pharmaceuticals, and AmeriHealthCaritas.
