Team diagnostics are a great vehicle to increase effectiveness, trust and collaboration among a team. Tools are applied based on the team’s needs, goals and desired outcomes. Team diagnostics are leveraged to gather insight and knowledge on team members’ strengths, needs, interests, work styles and behaviors to create a high performing team. Diagnostics may be used with:
